Therefore, all of our field managers have completed a customer service training program, and all of our staff members have at least three years experience. We perform drug testing and criminal background check in all our staff. Punctuality and timeliness are essential elements of our business and company policy requires that staff members arrive 45 minutes prior to an event.

Training and development of our associates, at all levels of the organization, is critical to our business philosophy of constant improvement. We must constantly focus on developing our associates if we are to retain them. As a result, we invest in top-level orientation programs to get everyone off to a great start. Thereafter, we provide regular and ongoing training throughout our organization. Valet parking and management employment opportunities
All employees of RSVP Valet Parking Service. are fully trained, for all types of parking venues. Our human resources department screens all employees for their driving records and past employment. Those employees assigned for parking positions, are familiar with all types of automobiles, and can drive stick shift vehicles. Our training program consists of driving tests, written tests, and classroom orientations, conducted by professionals in the parking industry.
All parking employees are subject to the following mandatory hiring procedures:
- Legal employment status
- Valid Drivers license
- Clean DMV record
- English language proficiency
- Successful completion of training program
- Acknowledgment of receipt of Company Training Manual
- Acknowledgment of receipt of Company Employment Manual

RSVP Transportation & Valet Parking Services, maintains Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, Garage Keepers Legal Liability and Excess Liability Policies with single combined limits of $1,000,000.00, which is the highest limit held by any company in the parking industry. RSVP Transportation & Valet Parking Services also carry Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance with combined limits of $1,000,000.00. As soon as a customer's car is left in our care, we take every precaution to protect it. Our specially designed key cabinets expedite service and reduce the risk of car theft. As part of our parking service we carry workers' compensation insurance as mandated by law, and a comprehensive insurance program with coverage in excess of one Million Dollars, covering public liability, property damage and bodily injury and garage keepers' legal liability. All our clients are named as additionally insured on our policy.
