Each of our operations are appointed a senior account manager whom which has gone through our advanced leadership seminar. At RSVP Transportation & Valet Parking Services we understand the importance of maintaining a highly professional and organized staff. Therefore, all of our field managers have completed a customer service training program, and all of our staff members have at least three years experience. We perform drug testing and criminal background check in all our staff. Punctuality and timeliness are essential elements of our business and company policy requires that staff members arrive 45 minutes prior to an event.
